FUNCTION
- MGF-01A is a compact high-speed tray feeder specially designed for SMT machine.
- Design to meet JEDEC standard and requirement with high precision and repeatability positioning for both thick and thin tray.

- Adopt magazine feeding mode concept design
- Compatible for all kind of JEDEC tray without adjustment requirement
- Compact structure, small footprint, occupy only 162mm width of feeding area
- Empty and full tray are loaded vertically to minimize the occupation of horizontal area.
- Achievable in less than 5s to supply a new tray on conveyor belt with 635mm distance
- High repeatability positioning
- Build in with embedded Micro-controller to enable feeder work independently
- Automated loading and unloading can be operated independently without require SMT machine integration
